I’ve ordered from this location before with no issues; however I ordered over the weekend and the driver left it outside the apt building! When I called to ask about it the manager offered no apology refused to give her name and was actually rude. I will never order from this location again

Terrible location with rude employees. So when you try to go in and make an order you are told to go outside and do it on the app, so you can be in the store, you have to go out into the cold and make your order. I’ll be contacting every level of manager to discuss this, absolutely horrendous service.

This is my go to place for pizza. I use the app so i get free pizza every now and then. They always have plenty of specials to choose from...the Extravaganza pizza is loaded with items for $13.99 carryout, our favorite for the price. The toasted Italian sandwiches are really good too.

For whatever reason the estimated wait time is consistently off compared to the actual time the food is ready. Often by 15+ minutes. I recommend you call first before going off of the estimated ready time in the app. The algorithm is off somewhere. Save yourself the headache for carryout orders and verify the wait times first.

Quality of service has tanked. I normally order pizza once a week, but had to stop ordering from here. Haven’t gotten a correct order in almost 2 month. We get the same thing with nothing special requested, but that seems to be too difficult.

My last 2 orders with this trash dominos have been messed up. The first of the messed up orders, required 2 delivery drivers to get it right....the original driver was just in too much of a hurry to grab everything. This order was so bad, that the pizza was cold and the box was SOGGY. Great job, Domino's....clowns.

I’m rating here since it won’t let me leave a review on my past order. I went to pick up my order and the driver came up to help me. Since I was paying in cash he needed the manager to unlock the computer and register. He asked, and she proceeded to ignore him. The manager, I believe her name was Cadia/Kadia, kept slowly making her one pizza she had. He went to go bag up my sauces while we waited for her. He comes back up and hands me my drink, turns to the manager and asks again for her password. She turns and proceeds to yell rudely “I’m making a pizza so you’re going to have to wait, I’m busy and I’ll get there when I get there”. The driver sheepishly turns to me to apologize and I say no worries. She finally comes stomping over, all agitated, and rambles to the driver about figuring it out himself. I was shocked she could act this way in front of a customer and she didn’t acknowledge me at all. She very rudely just goes “name?”. She kept mumbling under her breath and was very unprofessional during this whole encounter and degraded her driver right in front of me. Nobody, not even a manager, should act this way. This was such a baffling experience and i will not be ordering from this location until this manager shows some respect. What an absolute biatch.

Worst experience ever. Ordered two Buffalo chicken sandwhiches for me and my son , I counted 5 little pieces of chicken on a whole sandwhich. It was a baked cheese sandwhich with no Buffalo just absolutely dry and chicken less. When we walked in they sounded as if they were annoyed for the welcome. Thanks guys for wasting my money
Received a cold pizza after one hour of placing an online order on non-sports day. Disappointed.

I ordered 4 pizzas and only got 3, when I called store no one picked up for an hour so I emails corporate and no response .. took my money and didn't give the pizza .. they basically stole rom me ..
