If I could give this place a ZERO, I certainly would!!! I have given them so many chances, as I do love Mocha Frappes.... and that is what I order almost every time I go to the Poquoson McDonald's. After today's visit, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I was half way down the road when I discovered that the Frappe was not Mocha, but Carmel. It tasted horrible, and I ended up throwing it out when I arrived home. This McDonald's needs to step it up.... and do right by its Customers!!!

This is the slowest McDonald's ever. Half the time I place a mobile order for curbside pickup, they forget about me and I have to go inside and stand there while they stare and are unwilling to want to help.

Do not go to this McDonalds. I came by this morning and the wait in the drive thru was extremely long for 4 cars. After a while, I called to ask what the hold up was for. The manager Kat came to phone and yelled and cussed at me saying that the hold was me because I was calling her and she slammed the phone down. This was the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. This restaurant has the worst reputation and today I realized why. If I could give this McDonalds a 0 I would.

I had a terrible traumatic experience here. I wanted to get my grandson Joey a chocolate milkshake. I couldn’t hear the young lady at the drive through very well and suddenly some lady named ‘Tina Evans’ began to scream at me through the speaker. She was cruel and verbally abusive and told me not to come back. She said many nasty things and even made Joey cry. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

The lady at the first window didn’t give us the correct change, my boyfriend very kindly went back and explained to her the mistake, in which she responded by muttering “God forbid I don’t give you a dollar” then at the 2nd window the male threw both of our straws into the car window saying “Kobe” after throwing the first straw onto the floor then saying “Shaq” as he threw the second onto the floor of the car. I have no idea what this means or why he threw the straws at us or said this. And I don’t know why she was so rude about us kindly asking for our correct change. Horrible experience.

Ended up not getting food here because rude ass staff closed the lobby 10 minutes early and immediately turned us away, what a bunch of lazy jerks as someone who used to work for this location I am appalled. Also currently watching their entire drive thru line sit in the parking lot waiting for their food. There is also currently a pile of trash sitting behind the drive thru speaker.

Save yourself some time and frustration, drive down to the McDonald's on Semple outside NASA.
I've been here enough and I don't get how it's always a problem...just take the 5 minute drive. Round-trip with 10 minutes, you'll probably be out quicker.
Online orders don't help. I've walked in from curbside twice after the order was marked complete, and they were still making it.
This Facility has installed highly restrictive WI.Fi that blocks the use of tablets and laptops Because of this change in Wi-Fi Policy I can no longer recommend this facility to friends. Because of there free wifi policies Blocking, use devices that. You may stop at this facility specifically to use.
