The lady at the drive through window was super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, half of the breakfast at 8 am was inedible. The coffee tasted burnt, the sweet tea was basically brown water, and the hi-c was flat. I ordered oatmeal and was never advised they were out of the raisins and apples. I got soup for oatmeal ans then had to pull around again to inquire about the toppings. Thats when they advised they didnt have any. I asked for a refund and was given one, after they tried to convince me just to swap it for something else. Thankfully I was only passing through on vacation.

I have stopped at this Mcdonald's multiple times when visiting Poquoson most recently today (a Thursday) for lunch. Nothing strong positive or negative to report it is what I expect from a Mcdonald's. The employee I engaged with was respectful and called me sir which you don't always get in customer service. The location is a prime spot in town and there was enough parking. Not too crowded during a slightly early lunch time. Food was as expected minus one sauce packet that was forgotten. Not huge inside and single person bathrooms so if it was crowded I could see it not as pleasant here as my experience.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH. I KNOW ITS JUST MCDONALDS BUT ITS NO WAY. I’ve literally given this McDonald’s multiple chances. I’m so done with this McDonald’s. The drive thru wait time is crazy. I went there a week or two ago and ordered the snack wrap meal I was told to pull up to the drive thru area and proceeded to wait 10 minutes. Before having to go in and them telling me that they were just about to bring it out to me. Then today I decided breakfast shouldn’t be bad. I ordered the two burrito meal and a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. My girlfriend was the one to pick it up and she didn’t check the bag until she got with me. In which I made her turn around and take it back. We got 4 bagel meals instead. A steak and egg bagel, a bacon egg and cheese and a sausage egg a cheese. It feels like they just threw stuff in the bag. Then we proceeded to take it back for a refund and got stared at for about 2 minutes before somebody actually walked up to us. I told them what was wrong and he just took the bag and walked away. Then another man walked up and just stared at us, I told him that the other man had already took the bag and I’d just like a refund. He gave me a clipped nod and walked off outside. It took the girl at the drive thru window to come over there and apologize and give us our refund while we just stood there and got stared at.
If I could give this place a ZERO, I certainly would!!! I have given them so many chances, as I do love Mocha Frappes.... and that is what I order almost every time I go to the Poquoson McDonald's. After today's visit, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I was half way down the road when I discovered that the Frappe was not Mocha, but Carmel. It tasted horrible, and I ended up throwing it out when I arrived home. This McDonald's needs to step it up.... and do right by its Customers!!!

This is the slowest McDonald's ever. Half the time I place a mobile order for curbside pickup, they forget about me and I have to go inside and stand there while they stare and are unwilling to want to help.
