Rosy’s Mexican Grill & Bar is a wonderful place with incredible service and amazing food. The owner, Rosie, goes above and beyond for guests, treating them like royalty with balloons, gorgeous flowers, and refusing to let them spend a penny on a special night. The food is authentic Mexican, some of the best this side of the Mississippi. The house margaritas are made in house with their own recipe, and there is a full bar with a complete drinks menu. No watered down drinks here. The food is fresh, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor. Generous servings and huge portions are the norm. The chips are perfectly crisp, and the salsa hits a sweet spot of fresh and savory. Popular meals include the Special #5 burrito and enchiladas, beef taco salad, guacamole dip, burrito fajitas, and enchilada gringa. Service is fast, efficient, friendly, and world-class. It is a proud mom & pop run organization working hard to make their place a success. This place truly deserves all the support from the community. Highly recommend checking out Rosy’s for a 10/10 experience.
