Never opened until there posted time.
I was told they had no mayo to add to their 3$ bacon shit sandwich.
There was an order error which would require a simple order refund to correct the issue. I wanted to add a biscuit to take advantage of the 2 for 1 special. The sales person suggested and indicated that this could be done but, the Manager indicated that he doesn't do any refunds. There would not have been any return of food items. There would be the addison of a biscuit. The Manager said that He didn't do refunds. I asked about customer satisfaction and the Manager just shrugged his shoulders and opened up his eyes largely. I frequently go to this Wendy's and tell my Friends in Poquoson, Va. but, that's about to change due to this unacceptable customer experience. Please correct this issue. The cost of this issue is a sausage cheese biscuit! Really?

I don’t think these people could get an order right if their lives depended on it. Ordered a big bacon classic-got a bacon and mushroom(yuck-nastiest thing ever). Complete incompetence runs rampant in this place.

Came in for breakfast when drive through was empty and ended up waiting 15 minutes only to get freezing cold food, be tortured by the sound of the fries going off nonstop, and watch 2-3 employees just stand around doing absolutely nothing. Do NOT come here for breakfast unless you want to be disappointed. This wendys is typically great for lunch and dinner but this morning was purely a WTAF moment. >:(

Ordered single no cheese mustard pickle. Onion only got a full-blown 2 pieces of cheese and everything on it. Burger took it back manager apologized, but was giggling in the background. Then they gave me another burger. And refunded my money as I got down the road again. I opened up the sandwich and it was a Chicken Sandwich. This time not even a burger. So I went back again. Through the drop through the amount if you're apologized, then mate the burger herself, which was a horrible looking burger.
I would recommend a visit from corporate.

Came here at 7pm on Friday, September 13th and went through the drive-thru. Whoever was taking the food orders at that time was a total saint! The lady in front of me had a minivan full of kids, and kept changing her order like ten times. The lady taking the food order handled the situation with such grace, and it made what was clearly stressful situation for that mom so much better!
I’m giving them a 2 star because the employees are actually very friendly. However every time I’ve gone here I have received cold stale and old food. I’m not sure why but I hoped their breakfast would be better, unfortunately it was worse I will say the potatoes were fresh but I got a bacon egg and muffin sandwich that was probably 3 or 4 days old. I don’t complain because it doesn’t matter at this point as I’ve obviously driven off and don’t have time to go back, and this seems to be a normal practice so for that reason that was the last time Wendy’s will serve me and my family anything. I have written Wendy’s off as a thing of the past! Maybe Wendy’s could hire chic fila consultants to help them become I’ve never ever had a bad experience with any chic fila . They get it right every single time . Which is the reason their lines are always long but fast- something Wendys need to figure out.

When I first arrived the staff seemed a bit disorganized and flustered by some outstanding orders, however, they finally recovered and took my order several minutes later. The young lady who took my order (Angela) was polite and personable with a nice smile - not something you find in many fast food restaurants these days. My order came out quickly, correctly, and it was hot. Hurray! Angela even asked if I would like some ketchup. Whoa!
The restaurant was clean with the exception of some water spilled on the floor in from of the drink dispenser, and a couple of pesky flies buzzing around.
Although the music is not to my taste it probably reflects that of the employees and guests. That said, I will never understand why it has to be so LOUD in restaurants these days. I’d rather be able to hold a civil conversation without having to raise my voice over the damn music. Turn it down. Please.

The location is okay, but not great. Service and quality of the food is inconsistent. Overall, there haven't been any terrible experiences, but a great experience is rare.
