I love their pretzels. They need to expand to the Chesapeake Square, and Western Branch areas. Well at one time they were in Chs Square. And it has been quite a while.

Worst experience ever! The young woman at the cashier was rude, she wouldn’t even say anything, she held out her hand for my card not even asking for it. I asked her if she’s okay and she said she was fine. I’m not a rude person and I understand if people are having a bad day, BUT this girl was obviously rude on purpose.

The employee “A philipino lady” was so rude i got there at 2:58 and she was still inside and i asked for a pretzel as they are supposed to close at 15:00.The pretzels were still there but she started taking them away and saying no they are closed!!

Auntie Anne's just like any other. They also carry Green mountain coffee which is nice because the alternative is from subway. Service is always great and the lady's behind the counter are always friendly and seem like the enjoy being there, which translates to all of the customers around.
