Worste service ever. They only use the drive through and yesterday it took 22 minutes to service 4 people and then out ran of Pepsi. Been going 2x a week for over 10 years but can't anymore b/c I never know if they'll make me late to work. Sad.

My sister and I ordered lunch today. We purchased 2 fish combos, one minus the cheese and 1 (2) piece white dinner with double dirty rice. My Sister had raved about how delicious the fish was when she had ordered it from another Bojangles location, so I was excited to try it. I was in town for an appointment and time was limited. We pulled off and began to eat. We agreed that the sandwiches were horrible. (My Sisters stomach was eventually irritated.)They must have sat for a while because parts of them were chewy. Also, I had asked for fries with minimal seasoning and that didn't happen. I'm not sure how the chicken tasted because that was dropped off to my Sister and I haven't asked her about it. My order totaled over $30 and it was a pure waste. The customer service was decent but the food was not. When I hand over my hard earned money for food/ service, I expect to get my moneys worth. That didn't happen today. You should be held accountable for taking customers money and serving bad food!!

First time I'd stopped there in years. I got a country ham biscuit and Bo rounds. Unfortunately I was given a hard biscuit but the ham and Bo rounds were very good.
