Service was top tier. There was an older woman there that took care of our order and she was phenomenal! We had a larger order for a family of 25 people. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind and patient. I wish I could remember her name. But God bless you thank you.
They really don't wanna work here and they act like it. I got about $30 worth of food and it was terrible. My son's bo-bites was hard and my chicken fillet sandwich was a little tough and yhe biscuit was NOT soft at all.
I ordered to-go through Uber eats. The app doesn't give an option yo add what I wanted to my sandwich. I called and the staff was VERY helpful, polite, and I got my order exactly how I wanted it. Thank you to the great staff for the help!

Bojangles serves tasty food, but it can be a bit pricey. The service may sometimes be a little confused, but they usually get it right eventually. One customer enjoyed the country ham biscuit and Bo rounds, even though the biscuit was a bit hard. Another visitor praised the fresh and juicy chicken, big fluffy biscuits, and delicious Bo-rounds. Some customers were surprised by the prices and limited payment options. Recently, a customer ordered a 12 piece tailgate but received an 8 piece, and a large meal was sometimes served as a medium. Despite these issues, it remains a good place to eat with good portions of sides and friendly staff. The tenders are large, and the food is fresh and flavorful, making it a favorite for many.
