You can tell the owner, Will Taylor, is dedicated to giving the customer the absolute best experience possible. We’ve lived nearby for 3 years, we go to this Chick-Fil-A multiple times a week, and we’ve never had a bad experience, which is a rarity these days! 5/5 recommend!!!

Each time I go to the Chick-fil-A on Frederick Blvd, they get my order wrong. It's difficult to patronize a business that says my pleasure, and they can't get an order right. It has not been pleasurable at all. Fi d another Chick-fil-A to go to.

Enjoyed grabbing breakfast for the work team. Took a little longer than anticipated. I was a counter pickup and the priority definitely seemed to be drive thru and curbside. There was one particularly unhappy and vocal young lady who was asked by her supervisor to put a coat on and help do curbside deliveries and made it clear to everyone in earshot that she was displeased with her tasking. Unusual for a chick-fil-A staffer.
