Pretty consistent, however while service and stores remain mostly dependable I have become suspect of food quality since 2012 or so. Some attention to the quality of the proteins is urgently called for across the company. I have gone from a weekly customer to a every other month customer since the emergence of other fresh(er) options.

I am a frequent Chipolter, and to this particular establishment specifically...I will say that everyone has always been pleasant, however recently the place has been very messy...the drink station was a mess today when I went (but I am sure they got hit hard for the lunch rush so that isn't a big deal), but Friday night probably being my worst experience ever, around 8:30pm....I was like day shift would NEVER!! But there was sour cream smeared all over counter and it was...

I'm so glad they opened this location. They are so much better than the store on Portsmouth Blvd. The food is always fresh and the store is pretty clean. The customer service could be better though. Overall I'd definitely recommend this location.
