The food was fresh and good. The lobby wasn't 'ready' because plywood boards were stacked around due to some type of project noone was working on. It didn't impact customer service, but meant having to find another place to actually eat the food.

Counter service was ok. It was the female employee in the back but near cou ter that was unprofessional using profanity to another person customer, who I assumed she knew based on what I was hearing. Very tacky. So the service rating was based on that. Although she didn't directly take my order, she still needs to realize she represents the business as a whole and her foul mouth is not a good look.

Food is AMAZING 👏
I ordered online. When I went there to pick up they take forever and the boy don't put the honey biscuits with my order I asked him and he said was in the small box😒 when I got home and open the box he put a big piece of chicken instead.
