If I could give no stars I would. First they gave out our order to the wrong person after waiting ten minutes in the front when they asked us to pull up. Ended up going in after the wait and they had a attitude about giving our food away and I handed them the receipt so they can remake our food. We checked our food after 35 minutes waiting and they left somethings out so we asked for the stuff left out. Zero star service

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Where do I begin? When I first placed my order, they asked me what drink I wanted. I personally felt like it shouldn't matter because no matter what drink I get, I have to pour it myself. But no biggie. I went and got my drinks. When my food was ready, I made the mistake of not checking the food and going straight home. For context, my order was a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, a sausage biscuit, and a loaded omelette biscuit. I have received a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, a loaded omelette wrap with barely any bacon and sausage on it, and no sausage biscuit. By the time I realized I had made the mistake, me and my wife and I ate through both foods. Yes, I knew that the wrap was a mistake, but I still wanted to try it out to see how it was. WhenI went back up there and told them that I never received the sausage biscuit. I reordered a loaded omelette biscuit along with a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. When I received the loaded omelette biscuit, it was the equivalent of a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, but the sausage was close to being whole. I can make better omelettes at home, and I don't even make omelettes. My sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit had a slice of cheese and a slice of egg, as if they didn't give me a whole egg. Also this is the second time they have messed up my breakfast order and given subpar food. And their lunch food is very dry. We were already avoiding them during lunch hours. I don't not care how much gas you have in your car, take the trip out to the Hardee's out of Portsmouth boulevard and avoid this one at all costs. When I went to this Hardee's today, I noticed that no one was there and I understand why. Pictures below are my loaded omelette biscuit. Not to be confused with a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit.
