they're wifi is frustratingly inconsistent and lack luster. Lately it makes me login every hour if im able to even get online to begin with.

First time coming in, and the atmosphere was nice. Seems like an enjoyable environment for sailors to come and chill/wind down. I had a small interaction with the staff, and it wasn't pleasant. The young man at the counter had an "I don't want to be here" attitude, and was rolling his eyes every time someone came up to the order. He left a bad first impression. I was friendly and told him we needed a second to look at the menu and he scoffed and said "umm..okay." Very weird way to treat someone. We decided against ordering anything because his poor attitude turned us off from it. If I do come back, I hope either he's in a better mood or isn't there at all. Overall nice place, questionable staff.

Asked cashier if fryer was working (it often isn't) and he said "Yes". The cook burnt my fries, cashier took ages to figure out what to do. He told the cook and the wanted to see me in person. Like WHAT. Okay, I go see her, and she blames it on the kitchen not having a working fryer. So the cashier lied to me earlier. The cook keeps rambling and blaming it on the facility, blaming it on me, being rude af, and I've never seen service this terrible. Seems the manager doesn't have standards on who gets hired, if they have trash like that working there.

Minimal interaction with only one visit but pizza was pizza. Not sure how things would be as there are many reports of the fryer not working (to include a sign at the ordering point saying fried items were going to be baked), and the ordering point is not near the pickup point.

No care. Customer service is terrible when it comes to food. Takes to long to receive a wrap. 30mins+ wait time. Never coming back.

Staff is great and food is all right. Wish there was a larger selection of foods, hopefully there will be when/if they fix their grill. Facilities are nice enough. Prices for some items seem a little inflated.

The clam is an amazing place. It is comfortable, great staff and comfy seating. The clam is very reasonably priced due to there epic accomplishments withen the fine dining community. Better pizza than New Yorks best and much better cheestakes than you would find in philly. I am so amazed with this epically amazing awesome establishment. It is if God himself created a wonderful perfect fine dining establishment. If your in the area, you must dine at the clam. They have recently upgraded some of the facility to include air hocky as well as reclyners to relax absoluty greatest food establishment in Virginia probably on earth
