Asked cashier if fryer was working (it often isn't) and he said "Yes". The cook burnt my fries, cashier took ages to figure out what to do. He told the cook and the wanted to see me in person. Like WHAT. Okay, I go see her, and she blames it on the kitchen not having a working fryer. So the cashier lied to me earlier. Minimal interaction with only one visit but pizza was pizza. Not sure how things would be as there are many reports of the fryer not working (to include a sign at the ordering point saying fried items were going to be baked), and the ordering point is not near the pickup point.

First time coming in, and the atmosphere was nice. Seems like an enjoyable environment for sailors to come and chill/wind down. I had a small interaction with the staff, and it wasn't pleasant. The young man at the counter had an "I don't want to be here" attitude, and was rolling his eyes every time someone came up to the order. He left a bad first impression.
