We caught back up with Mockingbird Pasta Bar some of the best food truck food in the area at Kings Grant Farms Market and lord you gotta check them out! We got Chicken Dumplings tossed with Chili Crisp finished Parmesan and scallions, called Chili Bird Dumplings. Spicy Crap Alfredo using the same chili crisp and Alfredo sauce finished sesame toasted panko. Cuban Named Rueben a Rueben and a Cubano fusion.
My daughter the incredibly picky alfredo eater usually only likes her school alfredo or Olive Garden but she loved the Mockingbird Pasta and devoured it. She let me have a bite (only one) and I agree it was very good!
Had them at Afterglow’s Thanksgiving market and it was phenomenal! We had the dumplings and the blackened chicken alfredo. Both were delicious and had great portion sizes. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I look forward to trying more from their menu!
