The decoration in the lounge is amazing but the service was the worst. We had to wait over 30 mins for our drinks and we was sitting in VIP smh. Also the waitress was showing favoritism in there

I never do reviews but this experience made me want to act out of character, first time there and will never go again. I would put zero stars if I could just for the bartenders. It took me 30+ minutes to order a drink because 2 out of the 3 bartenders working blatantly ignored me after making eye contact with me multiple times, calling them over and saying I wanted to order a drink. It was the chick with the weave and bald guy with red jacket being prejudiced about who they wanted to serve. Finally got a drink when I went to the other side of the bar but even that bartender tried it once until I got close enough and legitimately yelled I wanted a drink. It was d*** at that point. Do you job, if someone is literally paying you to take orders, make and serve drinks, take orders, make and serve the drinks, it’s not rocket science. Just do your job, you’ll make more money.

Tonight was my first time visiting this establishment while I'm visiting my bestfriend and boyfriend in town. I had one of those experiences where they will never see me again because of their horrible customer service along with the leadership that's there.The bartender put so much juice I couldn't taste what I order. She never even try to get the hookah person for me,the manager took 20 minutes to come speak to me after I personally ask him to come here(while he wasn't doing anything but talking to his friends)I was told the hookah girl first day was last night however her customer service was the best ( Even tho I didn't want it after waiting a hour to try to find her and the horrible customer service I had got. I'm very disappointed within the service that I was given last night. I truly plan to never recommend anyone to go there if they are visiting from out of town like myself.

Man this place need to be a 6 star like for real everyone and everything about it was 100 from the food to the atmosphere to the safe environment. It was also kid friendly and the dj played rap/R&B music but he edited since I had my child there. The food was fresh and the staff was pleasant and refreshing. I love the black culture. Me and my wife and my daughter all really don’t like breakfast food BUT this brunch food was AMAZING. I love how fresh the $20 buffet was and how u get to take a plate home. My daughter was happy and it was just a nice Sunday brunch vibe. It was completely safe and we will be back with all m nieces and nephews lol I fw this spot it’s like an adult place/ lounge but so laid back and kid friendly I love it! Definitely need to more spots like this! This is my honest review

HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE !!!!Hands down one of the coolest places I've been to in the world. Vibe was on point, bartenders were fantastic (especially the one with the low haircut possibly the head bartender), hookah was very flavorful and the DJ was on point. Prices are well within reason and the ambiance was cool.I enjoyed the crowd and it was a mix of people.When I come to VA no matter how long I'm in town for I'm stopping through.The owner (or whom I assumed is the owner) even helped pass out things for the customers.My sister and I truly enjoyed ourselves, thank you for the great evening.IF YOU WANT A GOOD TIME ON A SATURDAY NIGHT COME HERE YOU WON'T BE LET DOWN!!
