The cashier was so rude I hate it! When I was selecting the food she was constantly asking “ok, what else?” “What else?” In a rude way , I also ask in a friendly way if they offer military discount because in every panda express they do and she very sarcastic answered “we are in a military hospital we don’t do that here” she doesn’t smile, she doesn’t say welcome or thank you , very bad service I’m not going to come back here.

I asked for bowl noodles and orange chicken. I specifically said "no vegetables". The initial server was acting so fast she dud not LISTEN. I was then told to get in line for payment. The box that was supposed to be mine was still empty when I arrive to the cashier. When I do get my food it is incorrect. I did not want vegetables, this was told to person #2. She in turn did not listen because when I got back to my office, she had put the noodles on top of the vegetables I originally did not want. How can 2 people get this order wrong? It was simple, concise. They are so busy trying to move fast, they do not LISTEN. We are a bust facility and do not have the time and patience to order 3 times. This is unacceptable. What if I was allergic.

I came from California to be with my daughter who is stationed in Norfolk. She’s having surgery and I’ll be here for a couple of weeks to take care of her. I have an I have not slept or eaten or slept and decided on Panda in the hospital. OMG! immature, rude little girl working the register was beyond disgusting and rude!! Her name I think was Bianca. Try thinking of the kind of $&!7 people might be going through before you decide to be a a-hole! to a kind, respectful, and nervous, scared mother.I hope your superior don’t know how you treat civilians!

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this gorgeous place. Well it was a fine evening and the restaurant was surely the reason for that fruitful gathering. The team cooperated in a lovely way, the meals were delicious and my guests were very thrilled. We shall definitely return for more joyful events. Thank you very much.
