Called in my order at 4:12pm rep said 30 mins it’s now 5:24pm still waiting. I called at 5:01pm manager said driver got a flat tire and they are changing the order over now to another driver. I asked will it still be fresh and hot she repaid yes and I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I about to call Pizza Hut and wait another 30-1 hour this is ridiculous

Both my pizzas look like they’re supposed to be thin crust. Idk if this is their new way of making traditional pizza to save money on dough but it’s really sad how thin and crispy this crust is. It’s the third time this has happened at this location in about 6 months. I’m officially done.

Got a pizza with one slice missing, and all I can say is what the actual fuck. I'm glad I had points saved up cause I would've been fucking beyond livid if I had paid full price. Not to mention paying for fucking bacon and getting barely anything. I'm not the type to complain but y'all are fucking insane to think you can serve pizza to someone and take a slice out of the box and not have a shitty review placed after it. Get your fucking shit together, sincerely a goddamn shift manager in food service.

Placed order over phone I went to pick up the pizza and the toppings were wrong. When I bought this up to the employee HE said this is what you ordered, instead of saying I’m sorry let me make it right. I only get 3 toppings on my pizza and it’s always the same 3. They made a mistake I get it , But why not own it. This is just my experience. But it was enough to make me choose another pizzeria.

I purchased the Meat pizza with great disappointment. Just nasty! The lack of meat and cheese and poor taste is non excusable. Never again.

This is by far my worst experience at any Papa John's location. I ordered pizza yesterday and wings and first when I walked they the door I seen all teenagers, not type of supervision, no real authoritative presence whatsoever. The pizza and wings were horrible, it seems this location is more worried about the speed of and production of food instead of quality. My pizza was soggy cheese and sauce all over the place and my crust was the worst. Wings were undercooked and just sauced. This location needs more training and assertiveness. I recieved a text saying my pizza was in the oven 5 mins later recieved a text saying my order was ready. Just training your teenagers a lil better they simply don't care.
