Papa John's Portsmouth Boulevard location rates 5 stars in my book. Slight mistake was made and they fully corrected it plus. This happened Sunday evening and they were quick too. Praises to the night manager that took care of us. Highly recommend their pizza and their service.
Love this Papa Johns, the employees are so friendly and the food is always delicious.

Papa Johns Pizza offers pick-up orders, but quality can be inconsistent. Some customers experienced issues with their orders, such as missing toppings, lack of sauce, or dryness. Customer service responses can vary, with one reviewer mentioning difficulty communicating with the store. While some have noticed a decline in quality compared to other pizza chains, others still enjoy their meals.
