Door dash order of 75.00. The chicken was burnt. As soon as you opened the box you can smell it. Missing more than half our items. That makes me wonder if they were to make mistake and drop a piece on the floor, would they just pick it up and serve it anyway. This place needs to be shut down.

First I go through your drive thru and the girl ask for my order then leaves me in silence for 5 minutes so... I go in the store and order and they still gave me the wrong order. And why have promotional deal if you don't have the condiments for it. What kind of place are yall running? I'm deeply disappointed. Portsmouth needs to do better.

I have been here at least 4-5 times now for lunch and nothing has changed. I talked to the manager about the drink machine not being satisfactory every time due to all the soda tasting like seltzer. If you ask for a lemonade at the counter because the one on the machine is trash there is an up charge. The lemonade on the counter even though it’s Minute Maid is considered a premium lemonade( you can’t make this up). At this point I rather just go to KFC because I know my soda and food will be squared away.

Service was very slow, food was not fresh and pieces asked for or that was told you can get was not in box.

Parking: Parking close to building is limited to 5 cars and tight spots, there is an additional parking across lot vacant buildings .

I am a door dash driver and this location has NO restrooms not even for their employees... they are forced to use the bathroom at the laundry mat next door...

I don't know how this place is still in business. I'm done trying with them. They must never change the oil they cook the chicken in because it's always a dark color and this time it tasted like the chicken was cooked in motor oil! They're also always out of majority of stuff on the menu and the lemonade was probably the worst thing I've ever tasted. I'm done.

I ordered foot dash. Order was shorted. I called the store your people don’t even say the store name when calling. I was shorted 1/2 my order. But charged. Your dumb people said it was door dash fault. Door dash said you guys packed the bag. I will never go there again and tell everyone I know never eat there again.

I pass the one off Churchland and go to the one off George Washington. They are the best one in the area.
