I’m happy to finally be able to eat good chicken without swallowing bad service. This Popeyes is by far the best in at least 3 cities. Micheal Walker really seemed like he cared and made sure we got everything. I wish he was in charge of every Popeyes. No complaining or bad faces just good food. In all honesty the food is good no matter how they treat you but today I can go home and face my family with fresh chicken and no frustration

Absolutely the worst Popeyes in this area the owner not the manager came out and I asked her why she didn’t have utensils for the customers. She said she didn’t have time to go and get them earlier so that meant every customer which is a predominantly black Neighborhood had to eat their food with their hands, she was not apologetic painted me as a angry black man because I asked for a spoon and fork like a human being wood to eat my mashed potatoes With a spoon brushed me off instead of being respectful, the manager was very respectful. He offered to give me my money back. He was an awesome manager. He did all he could to make it right, but the owner of this establishment was 100%. She could’ve came out there and simply said she was sorry and that she would make it right, but she didn’t feel like us. Black folks were worthy of any kind of apologetic stop eating at this establishment

My six wings that I paid for, which were actually wingettes were undercooked. I had to throw them away. First, not cooking food at the right temperature for the correct time limit could harm someone. Secondly, Popeye’s advertised wings when they sell the customer wingettes. This Popeye’s has lost another customer.

Customer Service was amazing. The food not good. I ordered the chicken sandwich, unfortunately I got an upset stomach after eating it. I ordered fries andcoleslaw, the fries were cold so I was unable to eat them and at this point I didn't even try the coleslaw. I got my sister the 6 peice wing snack with mashed potatoes. She said her food was ready bad.

Okay been here in this line there's only two of us we've been sitting here for 10 minutes they're clearly understaffed and those who are there are on a break there's staff outside in the parking lot or staff out back their stuff sitting in the dining area so I guess everybody takes a break at the same time I don't know this will be the second time I've been there and this is going on I ordered some fried pickles and I have to say that is probably the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten greasy tasting canola oil old fried oil tasting entity that does not represent pickles or any kind of crisp texture gooey
