Eat here only if you don't enjoy your life , Everything about this place is disgusting; and I am not close to joking : this place need to be shot down; its a complete utterly disgrace to our city. Wingstop is in the same shopping center they are a lot better. Please order from there. I have no affiliation: I just know that Popeyes will be on the news soon.

I HATE coming to this location! My Mom loves Popeye’s so I come get it for her, but we will not be back after yesterday’s fiasco. We went to the drive thru, we were told 15 mins for whole wings, paid, got drinks & told to pull to the side. 2 other cars after us had to do the same & they both got their orders before we did. After waiting 35 mins, I went inside. They never started the order, it was still hanging, smh. The manager put our order together & it was wrong. I ordered the number 8 for myself & there was no cheese or bacon on my sandwich. When I ordered my Mom’s meal, I ordered a 4 whole wings meal, but the manager said we couldn’t get them (after the order was already placed) all long as we waited, she should’ve gotten them. Her side was also missing. I usually check before leaving, but since we waited so long & the manager was putting our order together, I thought it would be correct. 53 mins & $32.65, what a waste. It also smells in there. You all need a DEEP CLEAN. You all really should close down for a while to clean & re-vamp your service, because it’s TERRIBLE!! Have a great day

Placed an online and arrived about 20 minutes afterwards. For wasn't ready, which want particularly a big deal, the order was being worked on. Was told the drink machines were down and all that was available was sweet tea (my two orders were soda). Took the sweet tea (way too sweet even for sweet tea) and left. No part of my order was correct except for tenders and sides. My wife didn't get her order either nor did we get the pies that I also ordered.

Literally they were out of sandwiches, we had 2 options for sides, and only the tea was an option for the drink and we were asked to go inside since they were apparently making new tea...I wish we'd just canceled our order.

I have been to this Popeyes many times as it has been at this location for a few years. I cannot recommend this Popeyes. The store is fairly clean and the food is wonderful but the employees do not seem to be able to work well. My last 4 visits resulted in me waiting 20 minutes for chicken. No special orders just chicken. I will update my review if it gets better.

Came here for dinner, sat at the drive thru for a few minutes without anyone answering. Came inside to order and ended up waiting 10 minutes for a 5 piece tender combo. Also there was someone who held up the line waiting for the manager to give them free food (and got it).

How does a restaurant completely run out of fries? I’m not sure how this place is still open, haven’t had a good experience here in a long time. Very disorganized and the workers were rude.

Trust the reviews, don’t come here.

Every single time it takes several minutes just to get order taken at the window. The last time we were there 25 minutes because we also had to pull forward and wait for food to get brought out. Slowest place I've ever been to in my life. Employees are like dead inside and impolite. We had to leave one time cause the drive thru wasn't moving.

Came here for a pick up order and had 4 different orders and first off the wait is ridiculous and second off the staff is very disrespectful customer service could be better. After waiting 20 min at the window for my orders I was told to pull to the side and the manager came out 10 min later with 1 of the orders as I was still missing one. I tried explaining to the manager that I was missing an order and she walked off shooing me off saying someone picked it up. As someone in the military service and in uniform when I was picking up the orders I find it highly disrespectful. Highly don’t recommend.

I just had a horrendous experience at this location. I simply came for a sandwich and a meal and had the absolute worst customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. It’s understandable if dude was having a bad night but he needed to keep that to himself. He had a terrible attitude, the customer was very much NOT right. He should not be working at a job that involves any customer service. I just drove off due to the fact that I didn’t even trust him to make my food order correctly/safely. That should say enough. Never again, would not recommend in the slightest.

It’s no way every time I come here and go through the drive thru I have to say hello!! Hello!! because nobody never acknowledges me and even after I say hello it still be no answer at all til they feel like talking ! I try to give this restaurant a chance because it’s near home but every time I do the customer service is so bad and it’s extremely slow i feel like this location definitely needs to be shut down !! I would never come here again !

I don't know if they have new staff or what but they place is amazing now. They are always open at the correct time and they get your orders correct. And the line moves swiftly. Major improvement in everyway.
