Y’all, Culinary Chemist Cuisine never misses! 😋 Her food always hits — seasoned just right and fresh every time. I love the gumbo, those big potatoes, and her salads are so good! But babyyy… you can’t go wrong with the garlic crabs 🦀🔥 She’s super friendly and the food always tastes like it’s made with love.

Ms. Erica is a delight! Her customer service is on point! I ordered a Signature Crab Pot Potato and she told me it would be a 7 minute wait so she would wave me over once my food was finished. My wait turned into an hour because she was so busy and Ms. Erica was not pleased! She comp’d the meal with no hesitation. The meal was superb! I couldn’t even finish the food because the portion was enough for 2 meals. The food is great but the customer service really shines at the Culinary Chemist and I’ll always come back because of that.

The crabs were cooked to perfection, so were the eggs, corn and potatoes. The deluxe seafood potato was to die for so much so I found myself eating the paper liner. Hands down very tasty and delicious. The pineapple lemonade is the exact amount of sweetness to the point I’ve ordered 2 gallons for the week. I will be there at least once or twice a week. She will be sick of me.

I’m trying to leave a review on every platform I can. I have been so disappointed lately with a lot of spots I have tried but NOT this time! This food fully exceeded my expectations. The deluxe crab potato is delicious. The pineapple lemonade is delicious. The owner Erica is amazing and the customer service is top tier. Please support her business. If there’s a wait, please be patient and kind!! It’s totally worth the wait!
