Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an order at their self service kiosk; I had to walk away because it took them forever. It was not like they were busy at all, there were at least three employees inside and there were no customers waiting in the drive-thru. The good thing, I was paying cash.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, they acted like we were an inconvenience.

On top of that, their behavior felt unethical — ignoring orders, making snide remarks, and showing zero accountability when mistakes were pointed out. Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue, they doubled down with attitude.

This isn’t just about bad food or slow service — this was a complete lack of respect for paying customers. I’ll never come back to this location, and I’ll be warning friends and family to avoid it too.

Taco Bell corporate really needs to take a hard look at how this location is being run.

Today when I came to pick up the order, 3 large drinks were not included. If I hadn’t noticed, the customer would have received an incomplete order. Please be more careful with packaging and order checks, as this causes issues for both customers and drivers

Was going to pick some food up for guys at shipyard, there was 3 employees standing outside listening to music and said they was short handed and could not take my order. This is 3 times I have been there and always problems. This is a new store and I feel they should have never opened.

How many stars can I give Reggie Parks at this location ???!!!!! The food was standard Taco Bell. However, the SERVICE Provided by this stores mgr was totally unbelievable !!! I thought that curtisy, joyfulness and all around respect, eagerness and patience was a long lost artform that you could only find in the history books ( oops, Google 😆 ) Reggie has secured a customer at this location for as long as he's there !!! WELL DONE and THANK YOU 😊

I did an online order at midnight on a Friday. When I got there still being midnight they told they were closed. Online says they close at 2am. How’re you closer two hours before your actual time? Do better.
