Me and my wife was just there July 30th for the first time the food was amazing the owner came out and greeted everyone and asked everything was okay my only complaint does sweet tea and water something about the tap water had a bad taste to it the service could have been more focused on the customers instead of playing on their cell phones other than that we had a great time and a very long conversation with the owner he was amazing and understanding
My cousins and I went for a cigar event so we sat outside. The outdoor area is cool. The downside was there was no bartender. The servers were great but the food took a long time. The drinks were not good. The old fashioned was more like a sugar drink with no bourbon. The crab cakes were really good but that macaroni & cheese was so dry. I'd give them another chance on a less busy day just to see if its better.
First time at Thyme. Went for karaoke and had a good time. The DJ was very good. Surprised at how few people were there. The food was tasty and service was excellent. More people should know about this gem in Olde Towne Portsmouth.
