When we walked in the one girl was telling them there was people up front that needed to order and they made comment the terminals were up there and we could just use those. Then another fam walked in made statement they needed order and the staff member that had just come in walked away and after 5 minutes still Noone came to greet or help anyone even those using the terminal that said they didnt know how to use it. I will never be back”

“I was beyond impressed at the amount of care that was taken for my order. I regularly use the mobile app to place my orders and most recently I mistakingly chose the wrong location. I reached out to the store that received my order and they worked diligently to make sure that I was taken care of. I then arrived at the Cedar Bluff location and was greeted by a very friendly staff that quickly resolved my issues. Each of the employees that I spoke with were delightful to talk to and genuinely cared about taking care of me. It was a pleasure to be served by such a friendly staff!”
