“Wendy’s has gone up for me recently and sadly down the food is awesome fresh and still good after a little while or so there getting rid of my favorite sauce tho sadly the ghost pepper dipping sauce anything spicy I love and their originals is good too. I go there at least twice a week“

“Friendly employees. The burgers are usually fresh. Although, there have been many times an item is added that was requested to be left off, such as ketchup. Also, an item I am charged extra for, like cheese will be missing. My biggest complaint is the grilled chicken would have to be remade more often than not because it would be completely dried out, like jerky. However, the last time I ordered I was told there would be a wait because they've been making them fresh. It was much better! I'd prefer a little wait time to begin with, opposed to having to come back and having to wait for it to be made again anyway. Breakfast needs improvement. The French toast sticks have either not been left in the fryer long enough and are served soggy & greasy or they're left too long & they send them out so dark & hard you cannot eat them. The chickens nuggets, which are pretty decent at any other time also tend to be tough when ordered during the morning shift. As I mentioned earlier, the people who work here, be it morning or evening, all smile and are friendly. The issue is with the people preparing the food. They just need to pay a bit more attention to the details.“

“Well the hardest worker I think that is there that not many appreciate is Mikey he's the even manager and he will do everything he can to please a customer he's 1 that most of the people blame him for what they do and Mikey takes it so they don't get in trouble but for me real he's a pleasure to see t the window or counter helping customers and caring about them and actually paying attention to them with respect and care“

“I was beyond impressed at the amount of care that was taken for my order. I regularly use the mobile app to place my orders and most recently I mistakingly chose the wrong location. I reached out to the store that received my order and they worked diligently to make sure that I was taken care of. I then arrived at the Cedar Bluff location and was greeted by a very friendly staff that quickly resolved my issues. Each of the employees that I spoke with were delightful to talk to and genuinely cared about taking care of me. It was a pleasure to be served by such a friendly staff!“
