“I've eaten a lot of subway in my life, and I mean that. I am a longtime customer. When I tell you that I just had THE BEST sandwich in my entire life I MEAN IT!!! Kathy made me the best sandwich possible. She paid attention to detail, made it perfect, toasted it to absolute perfection and even upsold me to double meat. I am beyond impressed. I say you eat with your eyes first, and when the sub looks delicious, it'll taste even better. Kathy deserves some recognition for her expert craft making subway sandwiches. The care she puts in her food goes a long way and she made me a very happy customer.“
