Always something with this place.
The chicken was burn to charcoal color i ask for my money back
This location in Pulaski Va, is a wonderful location, staff is great but seam frustrated or stretched thin. Just seems understaffed sometimes, especially when you use the app, and people are in the drive thru. It's hard for the back line people to manage both. The managers there are typically great. But looks like they focus more on drive thru than the walk-in customers. Im guessing the drive thru is timed and its why its hard for them to do their job on both.
