This location in Pulaski Va, is a wonderful location, staff is great but seam frustrated or stretched thin. Just seems understaffed sometimes, especially when you use the app, and people are in the drive thru. It's hard for the back line people to manage both. The managers there are typically great. But looks like they focus more on drive thru than the walk-in customers. Im guessing the drive thru is timed and its why its hard for them to do their job on both. I think with...

Went thru the drive thru for food. Quality of the food was solid! The service at the window was equally as solid. The last was very courteous and kind! We will definitely go back, and works recommend the Taco Bell/KFC as well.

Little slow ...they pay attention to drive thru,,&mostly ignore the front lobby customers. Really wish they would hav a person to watch the front,,so people don't hav to wait 15 mins to get their order in &another 15-20 mins to get a fork.. it's crazy.
