Market in The Gap offers some of the best pizza around, with a perfect crust from their wood-fired oven. The menu includes classic variations and unique specials. The rustic space adds to the experience, where customers can watch the oven in action. The pizza is excellent and delicious, with a thin and crispy crust that has tons of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Food came out super quick. The wine selection was excellent. They also got the hummus and pita and it was really yummy. The pita was puffed and fresh out of the oven and the hummus had a really nice balanced flavor with a hint of lemon. It is a cute place with a cozy feel. Service is order at counter, pay, get served. Market in The Gap is worthy of a try and they will definitely be back in the future. They also offer vegetarian options for those interested.
