I would certainly give Tipped Cow a 5 star rating...except...they need to fix the parking lot! Ice cream is great...get a coffee milk shake! The employees are awesome, mostly college and HS kids...leave them a nice tip! But the parking lot...come on guys, it's like driving through Beiruit! Spend some bucks and pave the parking lot before it gobbles up one of your customer's Minis 😀
Stopped by Tipped Cow Creamery during a weekend bike ride and found a new favorite spot!
The small-batch, artisanal flavors (Butter Brickle and Cookies and Cream, Blackberry and Strawberry) are delicious, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. They do not skimp on the portions either—you get a ton of ice cream for your money.
If you are in the Purcellville area, this local gem is a must-visit!

Friendly staff & clean shop, but definitely don’t recommend the mint chocolate chip ice cream (tastes like toothpaste) or the brownie sundae (brownie isn’t warm & taste very out-of-a-box).
Probably wouldn’t make a special trip here again.
