This is mostly about the guy who took my order. Shane was quick, responsive and polite to everyone i saw enter the store including me. He stayed busy cleaning when no one was ordering and the second my food was ready he noticed and got it to the counter promptly. I can't say I've seen this quality of service or employee in a fast food place in quite some time. Bravo shane, thanks for the clean space and a quick meal.
I decided to check out this location last week. I went through the drive through and I was all confused because I haven't been to an Arby's in years. But the girl taking my order was so sweet and she was very patient and helpful while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. When I got to the window the same girl and another lady working there saw my dog and offered me a pup cup. I believe their names were Arielle and Mary. and while I waited for my food they were asking...
