Carry EVERYTHING that you advertise!!!! We just went to the Taco Bell in Quinton, VA and was told that "they" discontinued the Nachos Cravings Box. WHAT???? It's bad enough getting wrong orders from y'all, but now you get to pick and choose what you want to carry on your menu and not carry what all the other Taco Bells carry????
I used to be pleased with this local Taco Bell, but after getting home to actually see what my carry-out order consisted of, I’m not sure we’ll be back. I ordered 2 soft shell tacos with no lettuce. Both had lettuce and barely any meat; maybe a teaspoon of meat. I also ordered a Crunchwrap supreme (my usual go-to), but this one had more wrap than anything; barely any fillings. What the Crunchwrap did have was some meat on one side and some condiments on the other side....nothing...read full review

Taco Bell offers good service and friendly staff, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, with ample parking and seating available. The menu features popular items like the Sunday taco special, Mexican pizza, and taco burrito. Staffing is friendly, orders are prepared concise & timely with very minimal wait. Despite some challenges, the team works hard to provide great customer service, although there can be issues with order accuracy, such as with the Crunchwrap Supreme. With the introduction of technology, such as kiosks, customers are encouraged to be patient and understanding, making the experience smoother for everyone.
