The young girl up front never received my online order(which showed me online it was done and ready for pickup over 30 mins ago) After waiting in line for over 15 minutes I decided to park and go inside. Their were 2 young girls laughing and talking, paying me no attention standing there. Finally i have to say excuse me to get their attention. I have to come back inside because I was handed another persons order. She told me She couldnt find my order and go looks on the little screen and says oh ok now i see it(which means someone wasn't paying attention and doing their job) She then very slowly says she's putting my order together, suddenly tells me oh we are out of macncheese and don't have many potatoes left for my order. Mind you I've already paid for 2 macncheeses and mashed potatoes. Manager finally comes up front says She can't give me refund or discount because I paid online. She did offer and give me extra chicken which was appreciated.

I had trouble ordering with the interactive. It got my order wrong and wouldn't change it. The manager at the window was rude and refused to fix my order. He said I should have paid attention when I ordered. The girl at the window was nice and told me it has been a busy day for him. Ok. I get that. I work retail. But as a manager you should not act that way in front of your customers . I won't be back to your location

A.I. order did not discriminate between two types of 12-piece meals. 'Though service was fast, the inability to communicate and/or clarify the order was frustrating. I can recommend at least two ways of reducing errors due to making orders through a voice-controlled computer. Staff were not interested in problem-solving the A.I. issue.

Went through drive-thru and ordere 3 biscuits for us but when we asked for a honey mustard or two for the chicken biscuit they wanted another 27 cents for sauce? It felt like we were being pranked and we drove off instead. If that's recurring, we might have to refund the order or charge back if that's denied since the only reason we get a chicken biscuit or chicken there at all is to have it with the honey mustard sauce. Seems ridiculous.

The lady was rude and instead of looking to me to explain anything she just talked to the people around her they didn’t all the food for my order which was a family meal because they were in the process of closing. It was just a bad experience and the chicken was dried up and the sides were old

This was an awful experience. Twice, we were asked if our order was dine-in or to-go. Twice, we replied it was dine-in. We received our order (after an extended wait) inside a bag and in boxes…a to-go order. One order was correct, and the other was wrong and contained a side order that was half of what it should have been. One of the orders contained a nearly raw biscuit. When I explained that my order wasn’t right, I was told that I would have to wait to get what I had actually ordered. My dining companion would have finished eating before I ever received what I actually ordered. No apologies: nothing at all. Will not return to this restaurant. Have never eaten at such a bad Bojangles.

Employees have attitudes, they ignore you and this is the third time that I ordered a 2 chicken breast meal and got a leg in a thigh. Missed part of our order altogether. Then when I returned to get my right food, I was ignored at the counter again. One of the employees was SO high that she kept trying to put the lid on someone's order upside down. She tried three times before she flipped it over. Maybe if they laid off the marijuana while they're working they can get people's orders right!!!
