Local establishment recommended by the hotel and it did not disappoint. Across the street from Radford University, they have daily food and drink specials. Service was quick and friendly. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Small tap but food and generous drinks more than make up for it! I had Tuesday’s bbq and drink specials and they were awesome!
The food was delicious, and the portion was fairly good for the amount I paid. We had a large party and I’m happy the servers were able to accommodate us and let us individually pay. However, when paying the bill, the gratuity was automatically added, yet they still showed the screen to ask for an additional tip (kind of outrageous but I guess I get it) The restaurant was very old and the vibe was cool.
Local and highly involved owners. Excellent menu, weekend brunch, drink selections, and best of all, the staff. Bar tenders and servers have the right vibe. The culture here is right for groups of all ages. Excellent blend of older undergrad college students, grad students, older faculty and local patrons. Be social at the bar or pool room, or have a private business lunch upstairs. 🥰
