DO NOT eat at the Chipotle in Fairlawn. I went to eat there today and this employees uniform was COVERED in pet hair. He also was coughing all around the food without covering up. I was DISGUSTED. I informed management but this was so nasty

To the 5 men working including the manager. I understand you have online orders however being completely ignored with no other customers present other than myself. I would classify each one of you as a low performers. You all clearly hate working there and to the GM I would clean out and get a new crew. On this day you don’t have a very welcoming environment. The rap music blasting on top of coolers with profanity definitely wasn’t family friendly.

We were first time customers today and probably one and done. I pray that we came in right after a HUGE party of customers because wow: The staff was robotic and a bit unfriendly. The food service bar was very messy and it seemed that the staff was not concerned with cross contamination at all. The dining room was not very clean or inviting.
Workers are rude, the food is always cold. The portions are always way too small

It's better than the christiansburg chipotle, but still they have a bunch of air heads working there and disinterested employees that really don't care about you, and it seems like all of the chipotles around are giving us minimum meat portions.

Of all fastfood Chipotle is possibly the best .The variety in one burrito is quite impressive.I always have extra avocado and salsa. I ask for two wraps and divide it into 2 burritos. Eat one later.

food is always great! I go so often i have a few employee who know me by name. I always go in during the evenings before closing and even though they’re sometimes out of certain stuff close to 9:45 ish they are always super respectful and apologetic for it. i love this chipotle, esp the night shift workers!
