This was the second time I was disrespected in the drive through by the same person. He thinks it is hilarious to say no and make jokes in the drive through while orders are being taken. I am so tired of the disrespect from the same person in the drive through on multiple occasions through multiple weeks. Definitely the last time I will be coming for a long time. I hope Cookout does something about this horrible attitude night shift has.

Food was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. My wife ordered the regular burger, I ordered the big double burger. The big double burger was smaller than a fried slice of bologna and burnt. The bread was so soggy I had to take the meat off the bun. I ended up just throwing it away. Don't waste your money. Go to Wendy's. Bathrooms smelled like the worst gas station bathroom you could imagine. Don't go there.

Its a great late night spot to pick up a burger. I do believe they have the best milkshakes around, though.
My issue is that the drive-through can be confusing, and it's never consistent on both sides. The guy taking my order kept going in and out. It took me over 12 min to get my order of 2 food trays with a sprite cuz he kept leaving as I was giving my order.
The food from this location is always fresh and hot and almost like a nice treat when I’m in this town

The young lady either wasn't happy to be working or it was just us. I've never been to Cook out so I wasn't at all familiar with the menu or food. She wasn't friendly, didn't help with my order. Her customer service was dry and she seemed annoyed with me not being fast. However the gentleman who did help me after her was kind and gave me plenty of everything I asked for. Thank you for that. Because of him I felt my purchase was worth what I spent.
