The one in Radford, VA doesn’t have friendly and not caring people as servers. I went to the one in Christiansburg,VA and they made my experience the greatest! Food, atmosphere and workers were awesome! Thank you Christiansburg Macado’s for changing my decision about your company.

No wings on wing night this is 3 out of 4 times that they haven't had wings on Monday bathrooms where disgusting smell like urine and dirty both bathrooms was like this I won't be going back until they macadoos finds someone who can run the place correctly

Ordered door dash didn't get chips or pickles with any of my 2 orders and when I called the manager told me well sorry we didn't put them in there your welcome to drive here and we will give them to you!

Granted we came in a little bit late like 9:30, but the service was perfect! Food and drinks came out pretty fast, they had karaoke going so that was entertaining. Great experience, definitely made us want to come back!

We ordered two salads from Macados through Door Dash. They were delivered within 30 minutes. When we opened the containers we were greeted by old moldy Cucumbers and old rubbery chicken. People don't want to spend their hard earned money with a business that does not care about the health and safety of customers. Over $32 for expired food. Gross.
We came here at 6:30pm. We ordered two apps. It took an hour just to get those. Our entrees were not brought out at the same time. At least a 20 minute spread. Don’t know where these people come from but where I come from, we all wait for everyone to get their food until we eat. We didn’t get all of our entrees until 8:30pm. And our last entree of wings were terrible. The only response from the server was that she had a 20 top and they got their food order in first. Which is hilarious because they came in after us. Very disappointed. Clearly, she cared more about her tip from a 20 top.

Macado’s is a great spot for delicious food and a laid-back vibe. The menu has a huge variety, especially the sandwiches, which are packed with flavor and generous portions. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was fun and casual—perfect for hanging out with friends or grabbing a bite. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for good food at a great price!

Terrible experience. Took 45 minutes to get the drink I ordered. 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food, and they were not packed at all. And hot wings were COLD when I got my food. My other coworkers burger was cold and the fish my other partner had got was cold. We were so fed up we boxed our food and left. TERRIBLE experience
