They forgot my water in drive thru I went inside for it it took 5 minutes to even get service and the lady would only give me a child size cup and was extremely rude. I will not be going back to that place.

One of the best restaurants ever!!! Orders right 90% of the time. I wish the Latino workers would learn to speak English. No way to communicate with them therefore customer service could’ve better. Just saying.

Used my rewards points for a breakfast sandwich. Arrived at 10:15am and sat in the Drive-Thru line until I got to the speaker at 10:29 and then was told breakfast was over and they cancelled my order. They didn't ask if I'd like to order lunch or try to attempt to make it right. Horrible customer service I will avoid this location moving forward. What a waste of 6k reward points.

Regular here - store is frequently dirty. Staff are always rude and or unprofessional. Had to wait 30 minutes for a drink while listening to the manager cuss out her employees in the background. Not a very good location

I went to McDonald's drive through today and ordered a big Mac combo and did not get my fries and when I got home and took a bite of the big Mac it tasted funny either they changed the recipe to the sauce or the sauce was bad it had a real bad sower taste I couldn't eat it and when I called to tell them it said no one was available to take my call I hope I don't get sick from the big mac

Food was cold soon as we got it no one waited on us had to use a kiosk and a employees child yelled and threw food at one my kids for no reason and the employees found it funny. The mother was working on the clock while her child terrified customers screaming No! Just for trying to set then throwing food at them for setting. Employees witnessed this and laughed will not be taking my business there again

I'm a door dasher came to get my order order was missing so I call the support to see what to do they try to call the store and the manager on duty 10/28/24 at 10:20 was very rude refused to answer doordash support to clear things up and was very rude to me when just asking simple questions if your jobs so hard dont work here lady.

Kid-friendliness: Everyone has good charm about there personality n sense humor with intelligence, with customer service comes first answer and main goal and they do keep what you say the customers come first and they're right on the money
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes he had wheelchair accessible cuz you just have to will the chair up to the side of the building and just walk up to it with it on wheelchair and open the door and we have a button you can push to open store and go right in going right to order your order
