I would give it a zero. Stopped going there for over 2 years, we decided to give it another try. 80% of the time they give us the wrong thing, burnt buns, and my husband does not eat cheese, I don't eat salt. It doesn't matter if we use the app or go and order. They mess up ever time. When we tell them and go to exchange they get big time attitudes. There was also times I asked for fresh food n had to go back to get my money. A lot of people feel the same but they continue to go because they feel like they don't have choices. Never again

I will never step foot in this place again employee's are treated terribly. They had a new girl in tears. I was even scared to have them correct my order bc I knew what would happen. I lost money but didn't say anything in fear of what would happen.
Just go to a nice sit down place instead. You'll pay just as much and get much more out of it. The age of fast food is over. 23 bucks for two burgers? Come on... Dont waste your hard earned money. If youre going to treat yourself at least treat yourself to something decent.

I ordered a 2C deluxe cheeseburger combo and received a #4 chicken sandwich. Had to ask for ketchup, server heard that my order was wrong and walked away. Also, we had to wait for someone to take our orders.
