Was overcharged when first ordered pizza with chicken, they said they were out so I changed it to sausage. When I went to pay the employee said that sausage was more expensive, which I know it's not. They didn't lower the price at all. Won't order there anytime soon.

Have not bought a papa John pizza in a long time... Cost was just to much Friday thought I would pick up one topping for 9.99 So disappointed..... Crust is awful.. They changed to something cheaper... Feel like I just wasted my money.... I would have taken it back. But I live out in the country... Just dissatisfied.....

We tried this Papa Johns twice recently on different occasions a couple of weeks apart. We were just traveling through and it's a good stop over for the night. A major deciding factor was that this Papa Johns would deliver, even if it was through something like DoorDash or such. But they do it all through the Papa johns, so you do not have to have a door dash account or such. This is why I gave them four stars instead of three. The food was OK. It was edible, but by far not the best pizza I've ever had. But to be fair to Papa Johns, it wasn't the worst either. It was good enough to order it a second time. More so for the convenience than quality and taste. So it provided us with a meal. Maybe not the best meal ever, but by far not the worst meal ever either. But a 12 inch pizza delivered is over $20. So the convenience of delivery is not the cheapest option. But most folks wanting this convenience understand. But I will point out that the main and only reason we ordered from this Papa Johns the first time and again the second, was totally because they delivered without having to go through a third party. If I had to pick it up, without a doubt, we would have chose other options. Bur I also will point out that we did order from them a second time, again for the convenience . So they could not have been all that bad.

Truck drive up here at the BP truck stop manager refused to accept my order on a Sunday when the restaurant is closed in the truck stop. Thankfully Domino's accepted my order

The restaurant doesn't have prices for anything posted and when approached about why, the manager stated they weren't required to post them. He was rude and dismissive.
Good take out or delivery pizza. Not a sit down place.

Disappointing. It has been several years since I last had a Papa John’s pizza. The overall quality has gone down significantly. The crust used to be a delicious almost Neopolatin-style: seasoned, fluffy, crispy and chewy. But now it is flat and almost flavorless. The sauce and pepperoni were both very tasty. But the mushrooms looked like they came from a jar. Good to know I have not been missing much.
