I had a wonderful experience the past two days with this location. An employee (Sofi/Sophie, sorry if I did not spell that correctly!) was so pleasant, and helped me when I accidently ordered a drink to the wrong location. It was more than I expected, and they were so kind. It is clear Sofi/Sophie truly cares about people and their experience, and works very hard to make people's drinks accurately and timely as well! Thank you :)

Was on the hunt for a Starbucks and this Food City had one so I got off the highway and made the stop. I can't thank the ladies enough for making my drink perfect. Thank you 👍👍👍👍👍

Everyone here is so nice, but I want to shout out Jennifer and Ellie! both of them are so genuine and show their true personalities which are wonderful and brilliant spots of light in a gloomy world. I love seeing them when I stop by.
