“I can not say enough about this amazing restaurant and the wonderful owners. The food is so incredibly fresh, delicious, and crafted in love. I stopped for a hot coffee and one of their amazing ginger cookies this morning not realizing they weren't open just yet. They very sweetly greeted me at the door, invited me in, and served me so graciously. A true gem!!!!”

“I visited the Main Street Tavern while I was in town for work. In a small town where I was searching for somewhere nice to have a drink and some food with good quality and a calm quaint environment, I stumbled upon this wonderful place on Google. Not only was the environment and small town main st with railroad tracks right outside the establishment welcoming in its self and take the moment in worthy, this cute find was worth it. Greatness from the start with the bartender Halston being so welcoming and knowledgeable about every aspect of the food, drinks and establishment as a whole. The FOOD and DRINKS lived up to her hype because they were to FABULOUS and everything i was looking for in a quick stop in a small town. I didnt have to settle for a sub par drink or subpar food that I scarfed down to fill the craving. I had time to taste each sip and bite and thoroughly enjoy what I was eating and drinking, knowing where it was coming from (locally sourced) and that is was all, not only healthy for me but SOO YUMMY made my entire day. Thankyou to this wonderful find for not having to settle.”

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and they really made our night so special. Also, Wednesday is such a gem!

“Today my wife and I visited The Dog House for the first time of what will soon become many. This little off the beaten path joint is PHENOMENAL. Nothing from the delicious hot dogs, chili and slaw, to the burgers, to the OUTSTANDING onion rings, to a nice beer selection was lacking. The owner was very friendly and the cook made sure he made everything perfectly. Our mutt, Freya, even got in on the burger and fry action and loved it. If you are within a 90 minute drive of Orange, Virginia, or further if you’re a hot dog connoisseur, make the trip. You won’t regret it. Oh, I’m told the wings are delicious too, but I didn’t have room for them today. I’ll be back soon!!”

“What a great treat! Tonight was our first visit to Country Cookin Depot and we were pleasantly surprised. They have a great bar, amazing buffet, and the staff was very welcoming. Definitely the best salad bar we've been to in many years. Highly recommend checking it out. We will definitely be back!”

“For a place in Orange Va, I’m impressed. A hole in the wall, but worth it! I’m a Chinese food snob admittedly.

I actually got pancakes with my moo sho pork, even plumb sauce! Teriyaki steak skewers were outstanding. Like I remember.

Egg rolls were very crispy and delicious. Not much restaurant atmosphere but worth the take out.

Chow mien was delicious. I hope for their success.

I will order egg foo young next time. A true evaluation of a quality Chinese restaurant.”

“I love this restaurant but unsure how to use my points that I have accrued. Tonight was disappointed because it was kids night, ordered a kids meal for our 12 year old and got charged. We visit at least once a week and won’t stop but I just don’t understand. Asked Alex to come talk to me and he ignored me. Little disappointing because we do visit so often.”

“I love the coffee at Orange County Coffee Roasters. My current favorites are dark roasted Costa Rican and medium roasted Sumatran while beans that I grind myself to use to for espresso. Both John and Rhonda are friendly people and roast the best coffee beans in the area. If you are a fan of brewing your own coffee or espresso, I recommend you get your next pound of beans from OCCR.”

“Wow, I am Italian I have family recipes from Italy 🇮🇹, my cousin used to run the number rated 1 Italian restaurant in Aspen for years. I know Italian food… I just ate half a plate (they give you a ton of food) of their paste primavera with a side of meatballs added to the food. OMG where has this place been hiding!! 👍👍The spinach, olives, and mix of peppers was perfect.”

“We have loved Rhonda’s hot dogs for years and because they are so tasty and because of her outstanding customer service, she is a “regular” at all of our special events here at Bees & Trees Farm! While we love several of her dawgs, this newest one (with the avocado) is OUTSTANDING! Never would I have put these flavors together, but they create such a party in your mouth you just HAVE to try it!! It comes spicy or hot! Check this bad boy out—thank us later 😉”

“I would give it two stars. I ordered the hamburger medium rare and it came very well done. I asked if I could have the house salad without the blue cheese and I was told I could, but it came with blue cheese. No waiter ever came back to our table to ask if everything was all right. I had to flag down a waiter to return the salad with the bled cheese. A waiter did show up after we finished eating to refill our water glasses and to inquire whether we wanted to order dessert.”

“I was looking online for a local restaurant to enjoy a meal for a special celebration when I came across Forked. I was able to make a reservation for the same day online at my desired time. We arrived on time and we were seated immediately. The restaurants decor is a cool, modern vibe especially for the area. It's nice because the restaurant is smaller and more intimate and we were able to enjoy our dinner without hearing every detail of the conversations being held at neighboring tables. I enjoyed the Pineapple Mezcalita while my husband tried the Strawberry Rhubarb Fizz. Both were delicious. We each had a cup of the Crab Bisque which were very good but short on crab meat. We shared the Peach-basil Crostini which could also be served as a dessert as it was light and sweet. For our entrees, my husband had the Market Fish which happened to be Rockfish tonight and I ordered the Tuscan Bolognese. Both were superb!! Large portions and so tasty. To top it all off we shared a Strawberry Rhubard Shortcake. It's not a large dessert but we just wanted a little something sweet to end our dinner with and it was perfect! Just enough for each of us and really delicious!!! Service was attentive and food was delivered quickly. Total for everything was @ $135 which I feel was very reasonable for everything we ordered. We'll definitely be back!”

“Pedro and staff will make your favorite dish just the way you like. Every time. If You like a relaxed atmosphere, seriously good food or possibly your not sure what your in the mood for. Try the Silk Mill Grille. They have one of, if not the largest menu in the state. And best of all it's a great place to bring friends for a few libations before dinner. Lots of screens to watch when the game is on. Drop on by and tell them Robin sent you... You'll be glad you did... Bon Appetit”

“Pricy for what is served… definitely better than some but does not exactly scratch the pizza itch. It is passable. I would stop here for Italian over just about any other place in the area. That does not make it fantastic but it is good.”
