This Baskin Robbins was a nice surprise! My daughter loves their ice cream cake so I go there at least twice a year for cakes.i have had terrible issues with the one in Sterling. Last year the manager from Reston helped me solve a usual wrong order issue and assured me the reston store is different. He sure was right. I picked two cakes yesterday. They were correct and the 2 men working were fantastic. Francisco immediately saw it would be hard for me to carry all to my car so insisted on carrying everything to my car. He safely secured everything like a pro. What a gentlemen. THANK YOU!!!

No European-style iced coffee here, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in it. I was told to go next door to Starbucks to get that product, even though everybody knows they don't have ice cream.

The Baskin Robins at the Northpoint is a small one but the staff is efficient, they aren’t stingy on the scoop size, and they are always kind and patient when I have specific requests.I highly recommend it if you’re nearby and craving something sweet!

Gil is such a pro! He rushed an order for me this week which was absolutely ridiculous to ask to be rushed - I placed a custom cake order online the night before (he wasn't working) and then needed it by 1130am (they open at 11). Without even making me feel bad by acknowledging these facts, he just jumped right into problem solving mode and figured out how to get it done. I'm so thankful! It was my dads 70th birthday! Thanks Gil for being great and getting it done despite the deck I stacked against you. 100% recommend working with the team here!
