This place was a great experience. When I walked in I was welcomed right away and had amazing service. The gentleman that served ice cream to me let me try flavors and answered my questions I had about the ice cream. I only eat dairy free ice cream and I was amazed to have seen non-dairy cookies and cream. Would recommend the Reston Baskin Robbin’s, my experience was a 10/10!

John, the owner of Baskin-Robbins, goes above and beyond. When they were out of the flavor we requested for our holiday ice cream cake, he put in so much effort to contacting us, making a custom flavor for us, and making sure we were able to get our order in time for the holiday, even with special hours. The communication was excellent, and all of the ice cream and cakes on display looked so good!

My husband worked at a Baskin Robbin’s as a teen in San Joaquin Valley in California decades ago. He loves coming to this store in Reston, it brings back fond memories of ice cream on a hot summer day. This store is small but has a nice variety and the servers are always helpful.
