John, the owner of Baskin-Robbins, goes above and beyond. When they were out of the flavor we requested for our holiday ice cream cake, he put in so much effort to contacting us, making a custom flavor for us, and making sure we were able to get our order in time for the holiday, even with special hours. The communication was excellent, and all of the ice cream and cakes on display looked so good!

My husband worked at a Baskin Robbin’s as a teen in San Joaquin Valley in California decades ago. He loves coming to this store in Reston, it brings back fond memories of ice cream on a hot summer day. This store is small but has a nice variety and the servers are always helpful.

My friends and I went to Baskin Robbins for icecream ?. My friend and I had one scoop of Pistachio Almond in a cup and our other friend got a scoop of Nutty Coconut Icecream with whipped cream on top. We enjoyed our treat a lot. The pistachio icecream is delicious and it was fun to sit outside on some Rattan Sofas and enjoy the cool weather.

Parking: Baskin-Robbins is located in a strip mall. There is plenty of parking around.
