Long time lover of Call Your Mother ever since I lived in DC, and very excited it is in Reston! However, while theyre usually on point about getting food orders correct, getting the right drink feels like a crapshoot. Three times in the last 5 months I've ordered a matcha latte and just gotten a regular coffee latte, and a separate time they forgot to finish my husband's coffee until i reminded them the cup was just sitting there. First time at the Reston location. Staff seemed distracted, and the cream cheese shelf was empty until I brought it to their attention. My order took long enough that I accidentally left without my bagels and had to turn around to get them. That said, the bagels and fish salad themselves were great.
