If I could describe how bad the food was truthfully, I would would give negative stars and demand for the restaurant to immediately shut down! Walking into the restaurant, we were immediately hit with a nauseating odor. The restaurant was unkept and ugly, resembling the worst type of University cafeteria. Immediately after beginning to eat separate dishes, both my Fiancée and I began to experience heartburn and sickness to the stomach. We had to leave shortly after arriving (and of course left all the “food” there). We both experienced dizziness and awful headaches. She experienced severe shaking throughout her body when she arrived home, was painfully bloated; her throat dried out and her entire body was trembling uncontrollably whilst heartburn continued.The food itself was all greasy, calorically dense, very artificial, and absolutely inauthentic as far as Italian goes. God save the poor man, woman, or child who ate an entire dish, which, if you see the menu, averages around 2,000+ calories of absolute poison to your body per dish! This is a worse version of Applebees with an Italian theme. The mussels (which came included) tasted like plastic, as did the asparagus, which were inedible. The pasta was plastic and and coated with nauseating grease. The salmon was also heavily greasy, and the spinach was extremely salty.I would never be cruel enough to recommend anyone go to this restaurant. If someone were between eating here and skipping a meal, I would, hands down, beg this person to not give in and eat this “food”. Any civilized society would have outlawed poisoning food like this! Your body deserves to be given proper nutrition and not be poisoned by awful, artificial food!Shame on this awful company and “food” establishment! May your restaurant be permanently closed and unable to profit off of poisoning innocent men, women, and children!

Ordered delivery from the website. Got someone else’s order. Called the manager and was told it wasn’t their fault and I would have to deal with their delivery group Door Dash. Door Dash will not do anything because it was ordered on Carrabas website. So I not only did not get my food but there are 2 charges on my card and no one thinks I should get my money back since or get my food. The manager just kept saying it isn’t his fault. Not only did I not get my food but another person did not get theirs.

Our servers were so nice and attentive! The lentil soup is soo yummy. I order it every time. Also ordered the chocolate cake for the first time and it was delish! Food comes out in a timely manner too. Would definitely recommend!!Kid-friendliness: We brought a little guy and they were very nice when he spilled some water!

The Reston restaurant has a wonderful employee named Amanda. She has a warm personality and treats customers in a welcoming way. I had a problem charging my meal and she took care of it on her own time after I left the restaurant. I hope she is appreciated by Carrabba's because she makes customers want to return.Parking: Easy!
