Just swung by the Chick-fil-A at North Point Village Center, and it lived up to the hype! The chicken sandwich was, as always, perfectly cooked and flavorful, and those waffle fries? Still the best in the game. The service was also super friendly and efficient, even during what looked like a busy time. Larry and his team have always done a great job but I felt the need to go do. Review now because a few weeks ago I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit in the drive through. I mentioned I was ordering that because my son has an egg allergy - and I was blown away by their response. I didn’t expect much, but was shocked to hear they all hanged to fresh gloves and utensils. Most thorough and considerate response we’ve ever seen from any restaurant.
This is such a great CFA location! All of the employees are hardworking, efficient and very polite. The owners also go out of their way to host a few community events every month at their restaurant. My kids love their crafty kids mornings on Saturdays and when they bring in FCPD & FCFD to visit.
