This place is scammy. Every time I ask for chips, they always upsell me without my permission and charge me for a large. Every other chipotle gives me regular when I ask for chips. Check your receipts & ask for refunds !

This place used to be a decent location but now they have all new staff who skimp so hard on the portions. Paid 10+ bucks for a burrito with 10 small pieces of chicken on it. Asked for extra rice and they give me two half scoops. Double chicken is 15 dollars for whats literally a normal amount. The quality of service and the half scoops have gotten ridiculous. This was the best chipotle in reston for years, however i dont think i want to spend 15 bucks for a burrito with normal portions. Seems like other reviewers agree

Didn’t get a receipt to see what they charged me and they said the printer does not work…. So no idea if I got reward points or what they charged me for.
Also got “double” meat but it was a normal amount for what one meat would be.
Not only this location but every other location is skimming on the toppings to try to make an extra buck.

The food is very over priced and the servings are small and shrinking. The employees do not listen, the soda fountain routinely has problems, they don't check the napkins and utensils.

I used to go to this location when I worked at a nearby office building and they used to be generous with their ingredients but today I was told that Chipotle now charges for extra rice when you don't want beans even w been asking for double chicken (which you barely get enough for the price they charge). Ultimately, I wasn't charged because I made a stink about the nickel and diming. So needless to say I will not be going back to this establishment even if they're the only Chipotle open in the area, would much rather go someplace else. Chipotle, and by extension McDonald's, can afford not to charge for a little extra rice...STOP NICKEL AND DIMING YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR SHAREHOLDER'S BENEFIT!

The icing on the cake though is when I got home to enjoy my meal, I had a piece of joint or cartilage mixed in with the chicken which nearly caused me to throw up.
