Chipotle Mexican Grill

8:30pm on a Tuesday night and you are out of guacamole. Frustrated vegetarian. This is not the 1st time either, always something going on with this Chipotle.

Worst chipotle in the area.. thought maybe I went just at a couple bad times. But tried one more time, which I regret. Burrito poorly wrapped, rice and beans were cold. Got a large side of guacamole which is literally just basically one large avocado cut in massive slices, not mashed together what so ever. Clearly there is no oversight and employees could care less about food or customers. Not going back to this location.

This is our fave Chipotle in the area! Food is super fresh, portions generous and employees friendly! There can be a wait depending during peak hours, but employees always take the time to take care of you!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it didn't have the onion and green chili inside 😡 if they don't want to make things they should say that they don't have the food that one orders

This place‘s food portion is way less than other Chipotle locations. Just go to Chipotle at Franklin Farm or Reston Town Center.

Ride staff that hates when you ask for vinaigrette.

Manager micro-manages his crew (day hours), watching his team like a hawk; making sure the guac gets charged, and that the "correct[less]" amount of protein is added.

Oh, and once you pay, they'll charge you a large bag of chips, when you asked for a regular. You won't notice though until you walk away due to them rushing you out of the line.

Order via the app online where I received a confirmation of my meal. I arrived after it notified me it was ready in the app, at the mobile pickup counter the employee said my order did not exist and to show him my receipt. After showing him my receipt he just shrugs his shoulders and says there’s nothing he can do, he then ignores me and gets back to work. I asked if it is possible to remake my order, bc I never got it… Apparently that is not possible and there that worker is the manager there. Thanks but no thanks, I will not be returning where to a restaurant that you do not get an order you pay for. 0 stars if I could

Had two bad experiences here, but figure a third time would be fine. Nope still the worse chipotle I been to.

Got a bowl for take out. I do not do beans and barely got any chicken (I could even count how many pieces, 8 in total), the chips were beyond soft and stale. Make it even worse a lovely long piece of black hair right in the middle inside my food.
