I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have...
Cookies have been seriously underbaked both times I went to this location. Lots of frosting though! I will probably skip this one though since it's a pain to get home and realize the cookies are half raw.
