I just wanted to share my appreciation for the staff of this location and the food they produce. More than several times in a row the food has been piping hot and outstanding on both the carry-out front and delivery. Outstanding effort on maintaining a high level of quality for the years I’ve been ordering from here.
I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from here after the 1 time I did and they said they couldn’t deliver to my apartment. Today 1/9/2024 I placed an online order at 6:29pm for 2 medium pizzas and a sub. My food did not get delivered until 7:38-7:40pm. Remind you.. the store is 4 minutes from my place. I called the store and spoke with the manager who was very rude. I ordered cheese bread through the app with my pizza and they gave me the pepperoni cheesy bread. I'm vegetarian and there is no easy way at all to submit this as an issue. The app doesn't let you if you've closed the tracker.I tried the customer support on the web, but all it did was ask me to lodge a complaint and then ask me 300 questions.
